IT’S KINDA SUMMER?!
I’m such a Brit! I’m starting every conversation lately with the tropic of the weather! It’s been a bit hit and miss hasn’t it lately? Here in the UK there’s no consistency to our climate. If we had weeks on end of continuous roasting sunshine we’d all live in our swimwear like they do on the Continent and just reach for the odd light linen layer to cover up in the heat. Here it’s a whole other story. I’ve resorted to wearing a lot of white in the hope that my outfit still reads Summer and I’ve chucked on oodles of holiday jewellery to keep me dreaming of sunnier climes.

I hope you enjoyed this short and sweet little post. I have loved my white cropped jeans from Gap this season and not to bore you with detail but they’ve been rather clever at GAP and used flesh coloured lining for the pocket bags, genius! No unsightly pockets showing through! I love the wide; slightly kick flare hem. My O bag “beach” has added a much needed pop of colour to my holiday looks and my kids have enjoyed printing in the sand with it’s bottom! Until next time and thanks for reading, Valerie Xx
